Are you by appointment only?
For the most part, yes. There will be a few times where we can do a same-day service depending on the services you're requesting. However, 98% of the time we're by appointment only.
How long does it take to clean my interior?
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, between 2.5 and 4.5 hours. Once we see the condition, we can give you a more accurate time range.
How long does it take for the seats to dry after a shampoo?
When it's relatively warm out, by the time we're done with the interior the carpets and seats should be about 85% dry, with another hour to fully dry. In cold weather it takes longer. We never oversaturate your fabric — we use a specific upholstery tool designed to keep drying time fast.
Are you able to remove every stain?
We're 100% confident in our skills and knowledge to get your interior into the best condition possible. Some stains may be too far gone to remove completely, but we'll do everything we can to make it look its best — and if we can't fully remove it, we'll at least make it look significantly better.
Can you remove odour from my vehicle?
Yes. Odour removal is different from cleaning, and takes additional steps. We first thoroughly clean the interior, then use a fogger or ozone machine to eliminate the smell.
Will my car smell like chemicals when you're done?
Absolutely not. We don't use harsh chemicals, and there will be zero trace of any smell other than your clean car. To this day, we've never had a customer mention a chemical smell.
